Came with fret sprout, locking nut was not installed correctly, and frets were lifting on the treble side and they catch the strings. This guitar is made in Indonesia, and I own an LTD that was made in Korea, and I can honestly say that the Korean one is considerably better. This guitar isn't the worst someone can buy for $1100 but I wouldn't call it the best. I like the splitable neck pickup, and the Single Cut with a Floyd Rose is a nice change of pace for me (I usually buy Super Strats). The neck profile is great, like a Fender Medium C but a tad thicker. The radius is nice and flat and the hardware is great.

I was feeling totally Corona bummed out. Uninspired, depressed, just a big pile of blahhhh. I had been wanting an esp for a minute and popped on zZounds and ended up checking this ltd out. So stoked I did! Had to do a couple adjustments, trem spring tension adjustment (slight) and then tune up , with grover, radical (non locking tuners!! These just are rock solid tuners.. with this setup, after your strings are broken in of course-- it will stay in tune Fer dayyyyzzz) so I plugged into my hot Rodded 6505+ with biased jj tubes,,, and this is just a beast of a guitar . Finish is flawless, cannot tell the difference between this and my buddies Japanese ESP. Knobs are rad and solid, push/pull pot on one--which adds a killer flavor. Then there's the emgs, just pure metal and I can get killer, rich, warm tones on the cleans too. Basically, I'm a changed man. I was jamming with my door open and a hot chicken walked by and smiled. Yep. Music is the universal language and I am happy. All kidding aside, this is a great guitar and has my full approval. I'm an esp fan big time now!! Thank you zZounds for trusting me again !! I have soo many rad guitars and amps from you guys!!

"BUY IT!!!!! IF you cant drop a few thousand on a Eclips or a Les Paul-this is right up there in quality and sound-FOR UNDER A TH"

Features
Got mine on scratch and dent sale for a few hundred less-but I would have bought it anyway!!!! This is a kick ass axe,and I love the weight and sond and has a real Floyd Rose not a licensed fake one. Imagine having a les paul with Active EMG's and a Floyd Rose tremlo that stays in tune after dive bombing the the hell out of it! But imagine this specs in a Les Paul Studio body(thinner than regular) a set neck and all the bling you can get(abalone binding all and a killer see thru black paint job)-it's beautiful-one of the best ESP's on the market outside of the eclipse models.
