"Nice Bass"

The build quality is surprisingly good for an affordable instrument. The electronics are not all that powerful, however they are clean and do offer good tone shaping ability. The neck is a good size and shape, not too thin or too flat. The set up was good, although I may adjust it as it settles into the new environment. It is a solid purchase, and I would purchase again.

This bass really surprised me with its quality of construction, great tone and playability. I'd highly recommend this bass to anyone looking to jump into the fretless world who doesn't want to spend a lot of money and the seasoned player who would like to add the singing quality of a fretless for not a lot of coin.

"Awesome bass."

Picture doesn't do it justice. It looks amazing! Mine played perfect out of the box. Just needed some tuning. The sound is perfect for me and the active electronics allow a lot of tone shaping with out needing to touch my amp. The hardware is solid and looks nice.
Musical Background:
Been playing bass for 8 years. Fretless for two exclusively.
Musical Style:
Everything but hip hop, electronic, and pop.

"Nice And Light"
Verified Customer zZounds has verified that this reviewer made a purchase from us.
Over all a very nice and light bass with a good sound for its price....A little bendy in the neck....but that might just be because I need to lighten up on my playing
Sound
I'm still figuring out what each knob does exactly....but so far as I can tell the only one that does much eq adjustment is the bass knob....The mid and treble don't seem to have as broad of a curve....also I haven't heard much difference between the bridge or neck pickups probably because they are so close together
Features
Not that much of an expert here....life how light it is.....only thing I wish it had a recessed Jack on top next to the controls instead of at the bottom.....
Ease of Use
It was my first fretless but at the same time the lines helped alot and within about four hours I caught on pretty quick
Quality
Ober all I haven't seen any major problems but it is only day two....The thing seems sturdy enough.....but the neck is super bendy...literally bending about as I work the finger board on heavier lines or put pressure for extended fours....makes playing in tune even tougher......and when I tightened the truss rod just a little....strings went right to the first fret area even beyond raising the saddles....So more than likely if you want a straight neck....your going to have to raise the nut....if this problem persists I might have to see what kind of neck to replace it with
Value
Yes
Manufacturer Support
This is my first bass from this company....This is also the first new bass I have bought over 300 dollars
