If I'm not using a DD-500 or Timeline I like to have 2 different delay pedals on my board for quick changes etc. I use the Silos with a Keeley Halo and have all my delay needs covered. I really like the Silos because it sounds good, has tap tempo, offers different tonal options, and has the ability to switch between faceplate settings and a single preset live. It stores up to 6 presets but they can only be cycled through with the knob on the face. The delays are simple, no modulation or dual etc just good straightforward delays with some versatility. Oh and you can have some fun with an expression pedal too. I like that EQD is made in USA and still comes in at a great price. Def check one out!

My favorite feature with Silos is the 3 delay modes. Each mode is very distinguished too. I love tape delay effects and the mode 3 is really faithful to the tape echo sound. It’s a simple and easy to use pedal that’s been really practical in many of my recent projects. Love the preset save and recall feature and it too is very easy to grasp immediately.
