As the title says this cable was great until it suddenly crackled and faded out never to work again. I have used this cable very lightly for in home use. I contacted Ernie Ball and they did say it had a lifetime warranty and they would replace it BUT I have to ship the faulty cable along with a copy of my receipt and the email. I don't have a printer at the moment and shipping is not cheap these days. So a pain in the rear and more money to spend on cable I just bought. I doubt I will buy another Ernie Ball cable in the future. My other standard EB cables work fine with no issues. FYI
