I bought this guitar around two months ago and I think it's fantastic. I have around 30 guitars, including several other Epiphones, and this has quickly become one of my favorites. I was really impressed by the extremely low action, ebony fingerboard, and overall wonderful feel of the guitar. I'm and old jazzer so I put flat wounds strings on it and replaced the pick guard with a new floating pickup/pickguard combination. It sounds great as a jazz guitar with a pickup. Warm and rich with enormous depth. It's also a beautiful looking guitar with wonderful details.I give this guitar the highest rating, especially at this ridiculously low price.

I've been playing professionally for over 50 years. I play several instruments but guitar is my first instrument.

Musical Style:

I'm a jazz player, but in my 53 years of playing I've played just about every kind of American music there is.

Beautiful guitar. The Antique Natural finish is flawless. Setup was spot on. Low action and perfect intonation. Just got it today so, not sure about the sound in a live situation or amped. Neck is a little fatter than expected but, that’s vintage.
