This is a nice guitar and it's everything I expected. it's very versatile and will be my all around go to guitar. I got it because I wanted the double humbucker setup and the versatility an SG with something to set it apart. The vera- tone or whatever it's called does just that for me. I like the unique look and the unique sounds while still being clean and pro sounding. Great looking beast and it arrived set up perfectly. Epiphone is worthy of being in the ZZounds stable of availables. Small note....the kill switch is too noisy...gonna have to rewire the little slut. No problem.

Guitar arrived swiftly and in great condition. It looks amazing and is super light. Haven't had any heavy neck hang issue but my strap keeps most of my guitars in place. Paint job is more of a very antiqued beige with yellowing. I have a 93 LP Studio and the sturdiness and quality feels the same. Sound was an issue though. I do feel like the electronics cause a loss in punch\loudness. The whole switch varying from HB to single is gimmicky to me but YMMV. I didn't find anything special sound-wise between 1 and 6 that I wouldn't use pedalsmp combos for or just from upgrading the pups. 1 sounds nice and crunchy, great sustain. 6 is plucky and sharp. The kill switch is another issue, horrible placement for me and I hate the button. I'll be changing location and to a switch soon. You might ask why bother keeping it? It feels amazing. The neck and body balance are perfect for me. I love the quality and any upgrade I do put in will be for my own customization and pleasure. I'm sure other people will pick this baby up and find it perfect AS IS...I'm just very picky. =) Manufacturer support is low because I haven't actually used it. Can't give stars for no use.
