Sound
Awesome sound. I am a big Neil Young fan and this guitar matches his tone to a "T". Can't get over how awesome it sounds.
Features
Can't complain. Pickups were great and great sustain.
Ease of Use
Only reason I gave it this rating is because the first two weeks or so after it arrived I had to worst trouble with it coming out of tune. Especially the G string. This was after I put a new set of Ernie Ball .10s.
Quality
Awesome, can't complain.
Value
definitely worth the price. My friend payed about the same price for his.
Manufacturer Support
When i called the company to complain about the tuning issue they were very helpful and sent me directly to an Epiphone warranty repair specialist in my area.
The Wow Factor
Love the finish.

I am so happy with the Epiphone Les Paul.We saved 100 dollars by purchasing the "slightly blemished" model!!I called the customer service number to ask some details about what the "blemish" might be. They couldn't give me an exact description but said the blemishes are usually quite small. It arrived quickly and was packaged up perfectly, and the shipping was free.I was eager to see what "blemishes" were on the guitar, so I looked over the entire guitar and never could see any blemishes at all! It must be something so small that I can't find it! What a great deal! Love it. Love zzounds!

Overall, I am very pleased with this guitar. It plays well and looks good. There were a couple of minor issues, which I kind of expected for a Les Paul in this range (heck, even expensive Gibsons have issues) such as 1 fret that needed to be sanded down a bit (back buzz on 1 fret), and a couple of slightly worn spots in the finish. Both easily fixed. I put a good set of pickups in (Seymour Duncan sh-5 in the bridge and sh-2n in the neck), and this guitar sounds great! The stock pickups were okay, but I love Duncans. I did my usual setup on it, and everything adjusts well, and intonates well. I did have to reverse 2 of the saddles in the tune-o-matic to get intonation, but that is related to my string gauge and my personal taste in setup. Overall, I am very pleased with this guitar. Well worth the money paid.
