I ordered this guitar and FedEx did everything in their power to ruin my experience. First, they kept the guitar at a sort facility 30 minutes from my home for 4 days (all the while telling me it was coming every day). Then, when it finally showed up the box looked like it went 4 rounds with an MMA fighter. I pull the guitar out, just pulled the shroud down enough to see the neck.....4 inch long crack from the nut going towards the 3rd fret. Devastating. So I called zZounds and they set up my return with very few questions asked. Super easy and super fast. They set me up with expedited 1 day air shipping! Guitar showed up pristine and ready to rock.
