I had been looking around for an SG for awhile, most of the classic colors don’t appeal to me on that shape and the ones I like were not in my price range. When I found this I thought it must’ve been a used price, and was still too good to be true. It appears I’m in the minority as it seems to have been discounted for how long it’s been sitting, but my goodness, this is the perfect one for me. That sparkle really shines in the sun, to like, a blinding degree, I love it. Having the split diamond headstock is sick and I love the block inlays starting from the first fret. Beyond how it looks, it may be my new favorite to play. The neck feels fantastic all the way down, and despite the notorious SG neck dive, it feels so nice to hold and play standing or sitting. It’s got a great punch in the pickups that’s really easy to reel in, if you want to, but it sounds sooo good. Excruciatingly gorgeous, just a badass sound overall. I get that this finish might not be for everyone but that’s fine, it might as well have been made just for me.

This is a really fun custom to play and also to show off. It looks amazing in the sunlight and the ebony fretboard brings it all together to make a cool, classy, fun guitar.I upgraded the pickups on mine with Gibson 57's and I have no problem breaking this axe out at any gig!
