Epiphone SG Electric Bass
With its mahogany neck and body, and its unmistakable SG shape, this resonant short-scale bass makes an inspiring instrument for the beginner bassist.

"The EB0"
I have this bass in cherry red. It's very light, and easy to play. The only drawback is that it only has one pickup, and doesn't have the punch my fender bass has. I do however recommend this bass for a beginner bass player.
Musical Background:
I've been playing for about 3 years. I play at home to relax.
Musical Style:
I like Rock,Soul,and Lain music.

"DO NOT BUY THIS BASS"

This may be the worst purchase that I have ever made. I loved everything about this bass until I attempted to set the intonation. It turns out that the bridge is too close to the neck making it impossible to set up correctly. This has been a design flaw for years and Epiphone has done nothing to correct it. I even bought the Mod-Bar ($37), but it still wasn't enough. My new strings ($34) we toast after trying to make the adjustments over and over again.I would return it to zZounds if I hadn't already thrown away the box. I am going to try a Hipshot Bridge ($120) to see if that helps. If you can't play the notes, then you can't play the music.
Musical Background:
I have been playing bass professionally for over 30 years. I have worked in studios and play in live bands.
Musical Style:
Rockabilly, Classic Rock, Hard Rock, Metal, Country, Pop Rock....
