First of all, the string height makes this guitar almost unplayable, which I fully expected and am fully capable of fixing myself, . . usually. (I've been a guitar tech for over 40 years.) The bridge saddle is at least 3/16 of an inch too high! I can cut or replace that, but since the truss rod is completely NON FUNCTIONAL, I can't even straighten the crooked neck! Now the worst part. THE BRIDGE IS MADE OF PLASTIC! The specs say rosewood, but that is not true. You can actually see the indentions where the bridge was pushed out of the injection mold and you can see the obvious repeating pattern in the FAKE woodgrain!!!The sound is extremely quiet and extremely dull, but that's no suprise when the vibration is being transfered into the body by a piece of plastic.Shame on you, Epiphone! I own a lot of Epiphone guitars, but this guitar is so poorly made that it makes me ashamed to own other guitars with the Epiphone name on them!
