Verified Customer zZounds has verified that this reviewer made a purchase from us.
I have purchased two of these systems so far and I intend to purchase more in the near future!! I am a professional DJ/KJ and I have fought feedback problems with other mic. systems. These mics. solved that issue with amazing clarity and no feedback The setup is very simple and reliable. Thanks ElectroVoice and zZounds!!

Bottom line - this product speaks for it self. It is like Honda Accord: reliable, fast to set up and go, economical , and ,somewhat - classic. I use it for number of years now in wedding receptions and church related events ( small and big). RE-2 with 767 mic always got me through in every situation! I am glad to have it!
Sound
Normaly it is what i expect it to be. But on some ocasions i wished the sound was warmer with less hissing comming trough.
Features
The battery level indicator would be handy, even thou it holds amazinly good
Ease of Use
There is a learning curve so video instructions would be a plus
Quality
It realy needs some improvement in the area of battery changing open-close mechanics( too thin thread area)
Value
Yes
Manufacturer Support
Had no need of doing so
The Wow Factor
Nothing wow about it...Like i said - it is like Honda Accord

ElectroVoice RE2 N/D767a Customer Review

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars

Sound
I look around and done my homework. This is one of the best Mics if you have problems with feedback. Or if you need to have the mic crank up.You can turn this mic up a lot louder than the Shure Sm58, Beta87,. The great thing about this mic is you can scream into and it does not get mudddy. Sounds crystal clear. It picks up very well.
Features
I like that you can disable the mute switch on the handheld. The clear scan is great. It finds the best channel for you to use. The one thing I don't like about this mic is that it is made of abs Plastic. I didn't want to pay a few hundred dollars more for the Ev Rev Pro. The Pro version makes Ev mic with metal.
Ease of Use
Very easy
Quality
Google it! you will see that people love it.
Value
It is a better Mic than any of the Shures, and it cost a lot cheaper.
Manufacturer Support
I probably ask these guys a hundred questions. They know there stuff.
