I think I'll be very satisfied with it. I'll probably buy another shorter one as soon as they become available, and this one shouldn't wear out as long as I care for it properly. I've tested this particular cable and I've compared it to several different brands and it out performs them all. I just love the sound quality and how it makes my guitars come alive. I don't have any dislikes about it.
Sound
The sound quality of this cable was simply amazing to me, I have used other brands of cables for years. This cable brought out the true voice of my guitars all 5 of them sound much better with this cable than with any other cable.
Features
No real features other than the gold connectors.
Ease of Use
Very easy to use just plug and play. It brings out the very sweet tones of all my guitars, I wish I'd had a cable like this years ago. Only slight adjustments to the tone control of your amp or guitar are necessary.
Quality
Very well made, no detectable flaws at all, I'm sure it will be very dependable. Road use is recommended and it should last a long time with proper care.
Value
It depends on your budget and what you're willing to spend but I think it's well worth the purchase price because it will last.

Don't know about support, I haven't had any issues with the cable so I can't really answer this one.

No real sex appeal come on it's just an instrument cable.
