It's the best at what it does & it will almost certainly never leave my pedalboard. I don't think it'll ever be stolen but should anything happen to it, you can be damn sure I'd get another.
Sound
This is the best analog delay pedal on the market. The modulation effects, the ability to do over the top effects, and simply having a great echo/delay sound that sounds so natural and smooth. I'd have a hard time playing without it now that I have it.
Features
chorus/vibrato, delay time, feedback, level, & blend knobs. echo & dry outputs. great assembly of components in that there is enough to fiddle with to get some great sounds & inspire creativity, but not so many that it's difficult to figure out.
Ease of Use
spend an hour or so fiddling with it and you'll find your delay sound, and many others that you've never thought of before. there is a slight learning curve but you get used to the thing quickly.
Quality
My pedal is flawless, great solder work & great componants, great finish. Just what I expect from one of my favorite pedal making companies.
Value
Pricey but worth the extra money, this blows away anything in its price range & most any other delay pedal out there.
Manufacturer Support
never had to contact them as i've never had issues with their pedals.
The Wow Factor
It's a classic, great features, very distinctive look, & once you hear about your favorite artists using it, you'll be wanting one too. One of the few pieces of gear that I've bought that have become an essential part of my setup.

I don't see myself replacing this model. It is definitely that good. I have been playing guitar for 36 years. I have owned this pedal for almost 18 years. I play it every time I pick up my guitar.
Sound
I own an original and a new model. They do sound different but one is not better than the other. The older model is warmer. The new one is the one I use out most often. It is smaller so it fits better on my pedal board. Overall the sound is spot on. I own 4 other delay pedals. This is definitely the best analog delay I have ever played. That's the reason I own 2. I use the other one for a backup but I haven't needed it.
Features
The chorus and vibrato give this delay much more character without being gimmicky. This is something you will use. I leave it on about 85% of the time.
Ease of Use
It will take you about 30 minutes to dial in the 3 or 4 sounds most players use. The Pink Floyd sound is right on along with the eight note repeat. It sounds different than other delays but in a good way. This is a pedal you will tinker with when you are gigging with it. The pedal is very musical. I don't think I could play out without it.
Quality
The older models are definitely not the best build quality out there among delay pedals. The new ones are noticeably better constructed. If you open up the chassis you will notice much neater solder joints along with wire routing and management.
Value
There is absolutely no reason this model should retail for $310++. This is technology from the 80s. Little has changed from the original models. The new ones are not boutique quality but they are priced like they are.
Manufacturer Support
I've only emailed them. Had a problem with the older unit. They referred me to an awesome repair shop local to me that I have used on other items since. No issues with the new one.
The Wow Factor
Once you overcome the price issue, this is a pedal that you will definitely use. Buy it. You will love it and you will use it. I use it on all kinds of music and it just works. This is the best delay pedal I have ever owned and played..

"Get one now...whine about the price later"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
It took me about 8 years to realize that there were few pedals that stand up to it....
Sound
I have used this pedal faithfully for about 8 years now... This is a basic analog delay with the added features of a funky deep chorus and a vibrato that is like watery sounding. The best thing about this pedal is the fact that the delay volume is not a volume at all but a crossfade...which means you can have 100% wet or dry for what ever purpose...This is one of very few pedals with this added feature
Features
Get The kind with a built in cord.
Quality
The pedal can stand up to a nuclear blast......although I had a capacitor come loose once..but I just re-soldered it
Value
The prices for this pedal should come down a bit considering the technology is from about 1971......200 bucks msrp. is too much
Manufacturer Support
Never contacted them
The Wow Factor
If I could stick it in the input of this pedal ...I would..
