Eden EC210 Bass Combo Amplifier (180 Watts, 2x10")

Compact and rugged, this combo bass amp has plenty of power for band practice and larger shows. Or, plug into the XLR output to connect this amp to a PA.

This is a really nice box and although not suitable for louder drummers is still a great medium size rig with a really deep sound. the workmanship is great although 1 of the corner protectors has fallen off or been scraped off, the amp is everything you would want in a medium volume gig. Works reasonably well with my upright as well although I have other rigs that are better. This is a perfect balance of price and sound.

I've owned Fender, Mesa Boogie, Kustom, Hartke and Peavey amps. Sold all my big heavy stuff but kept the Hartke 410XLB. I bought the EC210 thinking it would work well for practice and the smaller gigs I do now but with enough power to drive the 410 on occasion. I love the tone and quality but was disappointed in one aspect. The auxiliary speaker output disconnects the internal speakers. I had hoped to run a 6 x 10 rig at 4 ohms with the Hartke cab and Edens. Eden customer support informed me that the internal disconnect was a safety feature. One I may disable after the warranty expires. The Hartke cab is more open and deeper than the Eden box and I think the combo would be a nice set up for moderate volume playing

Musical Background:

basses: 1975 Fender P-bass I've owned since new. New Fender Kingman. Taylor 514 CE and Martin acoustic guitars

Musical Style:

Mostly Gospel and Christian, blue grass and country with some blues and jazz on the light side.
