"cheap components and glued screws make it almost impossible to repair"

The chain broke off from the cam, due to it being attached to the cam with a tiny metal bar instead of a normal cap. Manufacturer does not sell the link connector in question.the screws on the components seem to be glued together, which is making repairs a much bigger ordeal than it should. Therefore no replacing the cam and preventing this issue from happening again.

After a few rehearsals the slave pedal master link came off and the chain dropped. Found the clip and the link. Reinstalled. Then at a show the mater link clip came off the slave pedal and the chain dropped. Exchanged for a different pedal and after 7 songs at rehearsal the new pedal did it too. Emails and calls in to DW with no response.
