Sound
This is, simply put, the best guitar I've ever owned. It has a great solid top tone, which can be adjusted by pick positioning. The action is great for an acoustic. I've owned it for 10 years now, and can't save I've ever been displeased!
Features
I purchased it from a dealer and not online, so the dealer threw in some accessories, but it also meant that I payed about $20 more for it. (Balanced out in the end.) The electronics are good, but seem to have a slight ghost drain on the batteries... (mine are dead after about 3 weeks of unplugged time) I love the EQ on the electronics, it allows one to get rid of the "treble heavy" sound that many people complain about. The honest truth of the matter is that most people that complain about this guitars tonality haven't monkeyed with the EQ and/or altered how they play to change the tone. I have no problems with this guitar. I will admit that the fretboard seems to collect oils a little easier than normal, but it isn't nearly as bad as a synthetic one. Oh, and the inlays are amazing.

Quality
Dean makes a good guitar once you get past $200. No complaints here.
Manufacturer Support
I'm going to give this a 10 purely because the product is good enough, I've never needed to contact their customer service. Lol.
The Wow Factor
If this guitar became a human magically, I'd never be able to afford to date it. It would have to expensive of tastes.

"Overall, for the intermediate player, a great value. Guitars have their own individual personalities, and if I were to describe"

It's a keeper. I'd probably look for another if this were to disappear.
Sound
Very bright and brilliant sound. If you're looking for a muted, soft tone, this isn't the guitar for you. I put a set of Elixer Light Strings on it and it really popped.
Features
Built in electronic tuner in the pre-amp seems veeery accurate. Haven't plugged into an amp yet or PA.
Ease of Use
This isn't a guitar for beginners. The action on mine is high, but I'm reticent to adjust the saddle for fear of buzz.
Quality
This thing is a tank! Seems very well built, solid, great looks. Solid Dao wood is beautifully finished. Five year warranty is best I've seen.
Value
Appears to be a solid value. Has great intonation, playability will improve with adjustment.
