First off, a giant round of applause for zZounds, the guitar arrived, with a huge number of issues from the factory. The back was separating from the sides, the neck was separating from the body, the saddle from the top, etc. I called customer service, on a holiday weekend, and within 5 minutes, my return was set up, soon after I got the free shipping label. The guitar went to the shipper on Thursday and less than. 48 hours later it's perfect replacement arrived. For a budget priced 12 string, this guitars setup was pretty darn remarkable. Frets aren't sharp, once the strings D'Adarrio's were stretched, they've stayed in near perfect tune. The harmonics ring out, the intonation is spot on. All frets through about 16 are easy to play, barre chording be is easy. The neck is quite wide, which is essentially good. Probably not great for young short fingers. It's a pretty guitar, the open pored mahogany looks great, and has that woodshop scent that makes me want to play. There's some nice appointments too, like the strap pin on the heel if the neck (which you don't usually find on budget dreads), and the tuners have a nice 18:1 ratio.Bottom line, if you want a nice 12 string for the house or your picking jam, and don't want to spend a lot, this month get be a great choice...
