Guitar: not a scratch or blem that I could see, the finish and look was POW! I plugged in and the action was set so good, I didn't remove the strings and replace them as I normally do first thing. The spread of tone on each pickup selection was outstanding. I played through a boss katana air and then a Marshall before I decided I'd let these strings ride. The guitar is light, I mean, comfortable, man. I'm immensely satisfied with this instrument. I own or have owned Epiphone, Gibson's, jacksons, PRS, Ibanez, fenders, and plenty of off brands.Service: there is nothing new that I can think of that hasn't already been said of zZounds outstanding service in all aspects . I often order online late at night with using a a sales associate, but I have leveraged them as needed. But then, that's how confident I feel that I'm going to be taken care of by shipping and account service. I ordered late Thursday night/Friday morning and had it in my hand this afternoon -not even 2 days later. Well packed, quick shipping awesome payment plans, this is the 6th guitar and 10th purchase I've made with them. Very happy.

This guitar sounds great and the neck is an amazing major improvement from other danelectro's I've played & the frets are well rounded not sharp, no fret buzz & okay volume control knobs do feel cheap but the rest of the guitar feels like a rolls Royce... Over all

So pleased I was able to very quickly set this up to my liking. Neck, action and intonation to my specs in minutes. I even kept it strung with the original strings. That never happens. Playability is everything with this one. The pickups are pretty much lo-fi, but their character is unique enough to satisfy that jones. Edge of breakup in the middle position is fun! I will experiment with the pickup heights as the adjustment on the back of the guitar is very intuitive. Oh, and the finish? It’s deep and flawless. We got the Copper and it’s the right choice.Beautiful.
