Pedal is made to take a beating, Playing live I have broke knobs and pedals stomping this unit is made great and Is made of sturdy material and high quality stomp buttons. The presets are so-so but hooking it up to the pc and using the Nexus software you can get an enormous amount of effects and settings and it is by far the easiest editing software I have ever used, In 10 minutes I was playing thru a Hiwatt head with chorus, delay, and a rodent distortion pedal. Digitech hit a homerun with this pedal!!

I've had this for 5 months and I can't believe how easy it is to work, or how good it sounds. It destroyed Fender's Mustang Fuse by a longshot. I plugged this thing into my computer and it came alive,Made me feel like I just bought $20,000 worth of amps and stuff. I make new guitar and bass sounds every time I use it. My only thing is you can,t use the drum machine with the looper on.So now you can't make a compleate song.It's a major disappointment because with this thing it wakes up your createtivity factor. I would have gladly paid more for it with that option. It's soo cool, I could think of many ways to improve it. Dropped the ball on that one Digitech. Other than that,I bought a small behringer mixer and this thing turned my computer into a mini recording studio. I make disc's all the time, My friends don't believe it's me. And I must say that Zzounds did me many favors to keep me as a customer through the years. All I did was ask. zZounds RULES !! P.S. no rating on support, don't need it
