These things are the truth. They're made of soft pliable rubber; and simply slide over the strap buttons after you put the strap on. The fit is still tight and secure - and they hold well even if you're playing hard and throwing your guitar around. For anyone who doesn't want to invest in strap locks these are 95% as good for a fraction of the price. They're a staple on every guitar I own now. Definitely on my "guitar essentials" list.
