these are the only strings I use. was originally fed up constantly breaking high e strings, so I planned to order a five pack of high e's so I'd always have a backup. I guess I chose the NYXL's cause of the claim of high carbon steel. turns out though I could have just gotten away with a single high e, cause the damn thing wouldn't break. from then on I've used sets of these for every restringing, and I haven't broken a single string from regular playing. highly recommended.

These are the strings I've been searching for. They sound excellent with my active EMGs. I bought a pack at a local brick-n-mortar store and I'm very glad I did. They are everything they're cracked up to be - best strings I've had on my Strat. Get a pair and end your search for the best strings, too. Haven't used manufacturer support, so I can't rate that.

I just put .11 gauge strings on my ltd gh600 Gary Holt guitar. Along with thge Emgs these strings make my sound so heavy. These tune up super quick and stay there. Exellent harmonics, and lows!!!

They sounded real nice for the first half hour until I broke the high e string, for a more expensive string I thought the high e might of lasted a little longer.
