"Best amp for $300 less than closest competitors"
I think this amp will satisfy my needs for a long time. I don't see the need to supplement it at all, as I think with its volume and sound quality that it could handle almost any venue.
Features, price, sound, volume, all great.
Sound
I've been playing guitar for less than a year, but already need an amp for performances. This was the first "real" amp that I've had, and it couldn't be better.
The clean channel is SUPER-clean. It buzzed at first when I would turn it up, but I have bad pickups. Without a guitar plugged in and everything on the clean channel turned to 10 there is negligable background noise.
The two gain channels are great, turn the gain knobs all the way up and you get awesome distortion, just make sure you have the level way down :).
This amp is VERY loud, I never have the clean or gain channels above 2 or 3 for practice.
Features
3 footswitchable channels, included footswitch, great footswitchable reverb, great clean channel, great gain channels. A few features lacking.
First off, both gain channels both use the same volume level knob, which sort of defeats the purpose of dual gain channels. Also, there are no on-board effects. However, I have a good effects pedal, so this more than makes up for it.
LOUD!!!
Quality
Seems like a well-built amp except for one thing that kind of scares me, which is the very open back. The speakers are very exposed in back, so I would recommend that you take extra caution when transporting this amp.
Value
I don't think you can get any better value from an amp of what this costs. Effects would have been nice, but like I said, I have an effects pedal so it's not a big issue. Very loud for the price.
Manufacturer Support
Haven't dealt with them, but there is an included 5-year transferrable warranty which makes me feel that I wouldn't have any problem if something happened.
The Wow Factor
I can't think of a single reason why I wouldn't want this amp if I didn't have it. Most of all, great sound at any volume, as well as the included footswitch.

"A HALL-OF-FAMER!!!"
This amp has a reputation of falling apart.. thats the only bad thing. With a 5 year warrenty, though, you might not have too much trouble - since it will be free and all. Taking it to be fixed is never fun for me, so... I give it a low score for this one.
Sound
This amp is a pretty sweet deal... The power is breathtaking - its just amazing all the power and headroom come out of this little combo! The distortion channel is what we are mainly talkin' about here, folks, it rocks. With the "two channel distortion" feature - you can pump out serious metal/nu age distortion that doesnt have a match! Even Marshall don't have nothin' 'gainst it as of yet... The clean channel is great as well, don't forget that. Its so clean and sparkling - its amazing. At times it can lack bottom end, but it really does shimmer and sound wonderful. The spring reverb isnt much at all -- its just on there. The speakers are decent, if you care about your sound -- upgrage to some celestions... then we are talkin big time! :) This amp is pretty dang cool - power, sound, for a cheap deal. Go for it!
Features
Features are pretty low, but if you use pedal-effects like me - it doesnt matter... I just want my clean channel and my distortion :)
Quality
The amp is made pretty well... I don't like the open back though (im a 'closed back amp' kinda guy...) The looks of the thing are pretty crummy, but hey, we are goin for the sound, right? As for construction... its a 5.
Value
This amp is priced wonderfully - its very cheap for a huge amp! Marshall's solid-state 2x12 combo comes NOwhere close and costs $200 more! THis is a steal...
Manufacturer Support
Ive had good experience with crate.
The Wow Factor
This amp's sound is amazing - the power is great. I would love to have one of these... but... its just not THAT great that I need to go out and buy it - my Marshall AVT 50 is doin' the job... its my second choice for a combo, though.

"Pure, Uncensored, Balls to the wall Power. From a 2x12??? This thing Rocks!"

The best bang for the buck. I would venture to say.....go get one, if you don't like it (which I would find hard to believe) you won't have any trouble selling it.
Sound
It may be a good idea to have a fire extinguisher handy because this thing rocks! This amp is pure power. I play rock/blues style of guitar and I am still searching for the proper tone for my Strat. It's in there I just haven't dialed it in quite right yet. I plug in my Les Paul with the Seymour Duncan bridge PU and it becomes unstoppable. I run through all boss effects chorus, delay, blues driver (which I don't need all the time) and an OC-2. The OC-2 is more for fun. The clean channel is great with the strat which has SRV Custom PU'S on it, yet it's hard to stay clean with the balls this amp provides because I dig it dirty man!! Loud enough to gig with for sure, yet I am eventually going to put a 4x12 underneath it to see what happens there.
Features
The 3 button footswitch is a very nice feature. A footswitch in general for any amp is good idea, for me anyway. Again, with the Strat, going from a nice clean chorus with a touch of delay to a ripping distortion with the flick of the foot....very nice.
Quality
This is one area that needs a tad bit of work. The open (WAY) open back is, well, just ok. Let's just say that it would be a good idea not to drop this thing in transport unless you have a back up.
Value
For $350.....I would replace if stolen in a heartbeat. It has too much love in it.
Manufacturer Support
Haven't used them - so I have no comment
The Wow Factor
For pure power it's worth it. I am a fan of the Marshall products and I still am. Yet this amp packs such a punch, the sound is very good, it's easy to use....who WOULDN'T want this gear?
