Value

"Honest review for a great amp"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
I'd say until they make a better one, (with line out) or come up with somekind of Tube/acoustic compatible hybrid, I won't have any need to switch other than maybe needing more power for certain venues. But even then, there are ways to get around even that.
Sound
The sounds was great, but it seemed to crack a bit on the clean channel if it was brought up too high. And I'm only talking less than 50%. Some tweaking could fix this though
Features
I love that it comes with the tuner that works when muted, the backlit display is great, and the footswitch and wattage. The only grippe I have is that it has no line out. Almost everyone is including that these days. Otherwise, jam packed! Good effects too.
Ease of Use
Quite easy to use. Anyone can get a good sound in a matter of minutes.
Quality
The one I tried worked great, but I left it on the stage overnight, and in the morning, it needed to be restarted twice before it would work again. This might just be from the amp being used. But it feels like it can take quite a beating.
Value
I would say that despite missing a line out, this amp is by far the best value for your money. The effects, the lighted display, the footswitch, power and sound all blow away anything else at that price.
Manufacturer Support
I havent needed to contact them. They cover basic things on the site, but until I run into a bigger problem, I won't know.
The Wow Factor
Like I said, other than the line out, it has everything I need and want. Fantastic amp.

"BEFORE YOU BUY THIS PRODUCT........PLEASE READ"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
The best amp in my opinion, for a band just starting out, or a novice that just wants to blast a tune in their ears time to time. Great investment.
Sound
The "Solo" option on here really kicks it up a natch. I have had nothing but Crate amps, and I would not own any other brand name
Features
a built in Chromatic tuner, and 16 "DSP" effects makes this amp obsolete.
Quality
Crate has nicly put this amp together, It is easy on the eyes and heavy for the ears, well worth the price.
Value
all I got to say is Worth the money!!!!!!!!
Manufacturer Support
words of wisdom, keep your warranty, just incase you damage the amp, you don't want to have to pay for it. Crate has a really helpful personal.
The Wow Factor
I think that this is a amp that will fit in anywhere, the exterior of the amp is black, and the lights are red, nothing wrong with black and red, when you play metal.

Great amp, great sound, quality, and value. If you see one of these in a guitar shop, I suggest you try one!!!! And if you can't quite afford one of these, go for a GLX120 or GLX65. The same except less wattage and somewhat cheaper.
Sound
I would give it a 10, but I know many would be shaking their heads at that because it's solid state. But it's still got a great sound. It's got enough watts to gig with and an extra output. The Distortion sounds great. And is versitile. The clean channel is pretty nice also. Haven't had to much time to mess around w/effects but they don't sound to bad.
Features
The features are great. Built in tuner, Illumination, foot switch, what more do you need? it's illumination is great for when your doin a gig in a darker area, just flip the switch and there is light. And the footswitch helps a great deal.
Quality
The quality is good. It's a little heavey but a sturdy amp. I'd feel safe dragging it around to friends house to play. All the parts are pretty good on it.
Value
GREAT VALUE!!!!!!! I looked at some Marshall amps around the same price, and you get so much more for your money with Crate. You don't pay an extra 1hundred or so on the name, such as Marshall.
Manufacturer Support
Never dealt with them. Haven't had any problems with the amp.
The Wow Factor
The amp looks great and traditional. And the illumination is awesome.

"best deal for the money and features and power!"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
Sound
This amp sounds great! From clean to nasty to just rude. Sounds great at low settings but put it past two and your pissing off the neighbors. 16 digital effects with channel tracking. You can set each channel to a desired effect and switch between the three. Three channel footswitch included.
Features
Came with the footswitch. Love the back-lit pannel for dark clubs, love the channel tracking. Effects are good but why stop at 16? May as well have 20 or 30 with the same configuration.
Quality
Feels like a small indestructable safe. You can use it for practice or club gigs if you need more power it is compatable.
Value
Fairly priced. I was looking to buy the Beringer 210 but it seemed a little cheap and I hear their products are sub-par. You get what you pay for.
Manufacturer Support
have not needed it.
The Wow Factor
sweet.
