I have had this instrument for just a few years after purchasing from zZounds. The top of the guitar has developed a crack from the bottom all the way to the soundhole. I take very good care of all my instruments and ensure they are kept in a humidity controlled environment. I haven't had any problems with any of my other guitars including 2 other Cordoba instruments. I contacted Cordoba support and they were completely unhelpful and blamed me for the issue. They offered to find me a repair shop to have the guitar repaired myself. They totally disregarded the information that I gave them about how the guitar was stored. I used to be a loyal Cordoba customer (I've bought 3 and had my eye on 2 other models) but I will never buy another Cordoba instrument again due to the way I was treated when I had a problem.

I absolutely love this guitar, I'm petite and have small hands so I wanted a light but high quality guitar and I didn't go wrong with this one. The wood is gorgeous, the sound is amazing and you can't argue with the price for all these amazing qualities. The gig case is a great addition. I am very satisfied.
