This guitar rips! The smaller size makes it comfortable, but doesn’t look silly or odd. The finish is gorgeous and it looks better in person. The neck is clean and fairly fast. It’s between a standard Strat neck and a Wizard neck. The pickups are HOT, stupidly hot. The bridge pickup leans towards the JB sound, just louder with higher end. The neck pickup is just as loud and clear for leads and arpeggios. I am running an EVH 5150 III EL34 50 watt head and an Orange 2x12 cab. People complain about the Blue channel on this amp due to the low end. But these pickups balance that out very, very well. No pedals needed. The locking tuners work great and the guitar itself stays in tune extremely well. My only complaints are that the bridge saddles and tuning pegs feel a little cheap. The fret edges feel a little sharp. Not sure if the wood shifted due to the climate I live in, but when the guitar arrived, the frets were fine. Being nitpicky, I would have preferred black hardware/controls and a reverse headstock. A matching headstock would have been cool too, but the black looks great. It comes with a decent gig bag. All in all, it’s a very well built guitar and the amount of features for the price are unbeatable!
