I have used this piece of software since version 2, and it has grown a long with me. It now has a fully featured piano roll with advanced quantization options, and nearly every parameter in the entire program can be automated at 996 PPQ. In layman's terms, you can play something on a Midi controller, record it, and FL will snap it to whatever you choose. Fruityloops Studio is my weapon of choice because it is the most economical, efficient, and functional VST and DX host on the market.

FL will not come with CD loads of "hip, fresh, hard house samples!" like Reason does, it comes with something even better: Support for every plugin standard ever. This means you have access to free plugs developed by hundreds of independent developers, in addition to the ability to make your own plug ins with free and easy programs like CPS or synthedit. Fruityloops is a semi-modular environment, in that you can create your own control paths that respond to audio, or LFOs. You can control any parameter by the volume of a channel. This means you can create your own gating or cutoff patterns that are controlled by a click track of a composition you determine.

I have had no major quality issues or gaping flaws with my copy of FL Studio. You will find that most issues are caused by third party plugs.

Regardless of price, I would take this software over anything but Logic, which is now Mac only. This is on the cheap side of software, but I assure you, any feature you need is present.

I have never had to deal with customer support, so I couldn't tell you.

How glamourous should sequencers be? not very. I don't want some sort of glamor gimmick thing with cables swinging under fake gravity in fake wind, I want the hard stuff man. I want a sequencer I can totally ignore while I worry about music.

It gets alittle shaky when you start adding a lot of sounds. you can work them out though with compressor. It's above average though.

It has everything you need to do what you want with music. It's shy of keyboards, other than that it is great.

Again, everythng you can ask for, from start to finish is great. Every product as blemishes and unfortunately I have not found any in the procduct yet. time will tell!

If anyone complains about the retail of this product, they don't know anything about product worth , let alone music. beats everyone hands down. best availiable product out if you were to ask.

I've written a few time, just for questions on some things. In the beginning, I didn't recieve anything back. After the third try, the response was prompt.

Anything made can always be better, dealing with music. and the same goes with software, equipment, and yes even Fruity Loops. Great clarity, and my friends and I all agree that it's up there with the big doggs!

HOT! This baby is smokin... It lets you export your FL beat at a 32-bit rate. I load the 32-bit file in to WL4.0 and get blown away. You can also record audio tracks via ASIO....

It comes with a lot of plug-ins...If you have VST and DX plug-ins it will load them all.

For the price and all the things you can do with FL4.0, it a 10 all the way........

the sound is great and it is the easiest most simple way to make rap beats like a professional producer any one who rates it below a 9 does not understand the product fully or is not music gifted and has no right to rate this product

the fruity channel settings is off the hook make the sound short long high and low change it's tone and it's easy dosen't take a rocket scientist fruity loops can definitly be the future of rap and other types of music

this product is not confusing there for don't have to worry for a lost project or errors the one thing that will improve the software is cut and paste on the sampler

why yes it is the price is just right and is worth it

it has infinite capabilities that most users dont even know about...such as you dont have to use some of those corny sounds they start you with....also the voice thingy comes in handy when you need something diffrent.

It's been coded very well & I've had little to no bugs using it.

You can't beat its value for the money. You get so many usable samples, generators, & effects for such a modest price.

I gave them a low mark because I've asked 2 questions on the forum & by e-mail, & never received an answer from them concerning either question. That has been my only let down.

It's designed very intuitively. It has a nice GUI which can be changed with available skins. It's the focal point of my productions.

Everything you need to compose really nice sounding Trance, Techno, House, D&B, and anything else you can think of. The one thing it lacks, however, is all the "sparkle" of programs like Acid. No 5.1 digital surround sound panning, sorry.

Alot of glitches have been fixed and it is quite stable

For the money, FLstudio is WORTH IT! Why pay 350 bucks for ACID or other programs? FL has everything you really need, especially support for almost any plugin.
