This is a beautiful guitar in every sense, it has a robust sound for its size. It sounds like Taylor or Martin that's twice the price the finish is beautiful and flawless it has a brighter sound while finger picking. The electronics are awesome the onboard tuner is great for alternate tunings or when you need to quickly change tuning on stage. The pickup is great - full sounding with a phase setting that lightens the sound. The reverb knob is responsive. I haven't tested the USB port yet but I'm sure it works flawlessly the way the strings are seated at the bridge is a great option. It's so you don't need to deal with the lousy pins. I would advise any serious player to consider this guitar. My friends who own Taylor's that cost over $1000 are jealous.

I looked at a few Breedlove Guitars at a local Guitar Center and I loved the sound and feel. Of course after a little research I found an amazing price with AMS/zzounds and a Blemished model. After receiving the guitar I still cannot find the blemish and it was $200 cheaper than list. Amazing guitar and amazing company! Buy with confidence.

It's not as nice as my previous, higher-end Breedlove, but it's well-built for being "Crafted in China." I love the electronics, thought the built-in tuner isn't as easy to use as the one on my previous guitar. My only minor complaints are mostly cosmetic: the top doesn't seem to be matched spruce, the striped ebony back & sides are not as dramatic as the pictures showed, and there is a small imperfection in the finish at the base of the neck (it doesn't affect playing). All things considered, though, I am quite pleased with it.

Musical Background:

Playing guitar for about 40 years, and other stuff on and off. Just a home player for my own enjoyment.

Musical Style:

Finger-style folk, blues, and some Brazilian/jazz.
