I bought this to make it easier to play at small family get together‘s. The sound from this small box is pretty good. Together with all the sound options it’s a heck of a buy. I have a 200 watt line 6 amp. It has similar options, but haven’t seen it on such a small amp. The built-in tuner is great. And the Bluetooth option is a plus. Long story short, it’s easy to use, sounds great, and I use it more than any other amp that I own because I don’t have to plug it in. If you need portability, I would recommend it. If it’s your first amp, it would be a great practice amp for sure.

This unit does not have an Aux In, which means it cannot be used with any device with a headphone out as an external instrument (e.g. my Roland P-6). This is a "gotcha" since one normally expects an Aux In on such devices andf is a serious limitation on the functionality of the unit.I don't know who is responsible for eliminating the Aux Ins on Roland products (including the GX-10). but IMO he should immediately be replaced by someone who actually wants to play with other instruments (inclucing drum machines) other than those available via Bluetooth.
