Boss FB-2 Feedbacker Booster Pedal
Not your average boost pedal, the FB-2 delivers more than just gain: the Character knob lets you dial in a midrange bump to help your solos slice through.

Just got this pedal yesterday, don't believe the hype. Should be called the Boss BF2 Booster Feedbacker. Feedback feature is an afterthought and barely usable in a real world setting. The advantage this boost has over other clean boosts is the ability to add mid range hump for leads/solos. The feedback option basically adds compression and quacky, parked wah, mid spike to your signal to enhance harmonics. This pedal adds tons of unwanted noise to your signal (even though it boasts "low noise are made possible through BOSS' latest technology and decades of know how.") You're better off buying separate pedals to achieve what this pedal offers. I would go for an EHX LPB1 and a MXR Dynacomp instead. The manual offers little assistance in explaining the functions for this pedal. Also, it's folded like some sort of ancient map and unfurls to roughly 3 feet x 2 feet. Unless you're a cartographer, good luck getting it back in the box.
