I have gone through numerous chorus pedals in the past ten years. Most of them high end boutique. This is by far the best chorus pedal for my needs. It's subtle yet adds space to the notes. Plays well with high gain and does not lower or boost the volume. I play mostly 80's and 90's metal which this pedal is perfect for.

I bought this expensive chorus pedal for my Synthesizer Keyboard. I use only stereo pedals, so this DC-2w caught my eye. After receiving it from zZounds, I plugged it in to my isolated power brick, hooked up my gold-platted cables and turned the power on. Now after playing a couple hours with this pedal, I love it and hate it. I love its chorus sounds but not the limited options, however, it has a noticeable volume drop that would be about 20% of gain loss when the pedal effect is on. This is not cool if I am doing Synth Leads..There is no way to boost the volume of the pedal internally. I don't know if this happens with guitar connections at High Impedance, but keyboards operate at a Low Impedance so maybe that is the problem for this pedal. I wish they had a volume boost switch for keyboards, or a louder preset option so i can balance out my sound levels.I prefer my Boss CE-20 twin pedal for my Chorus effects, which has the Dimension C and volume boost options too. The CE-20 is discontinued but can still be found online. This is my recommendation since the DC-2w is a disappointment.
