I bought it on the 4 payment plan, and started getting compliments on my first gig about the fullness of the sound and the sleekness of the set up. I had considered a Fishman, but am SO glad I went with the Bose AND even more glad I bought it from ZZ Sounds!! Their payment plan is an amazing option for working musicians! And now that it is on an EIGHT payment plan!! Wow!! My only advice would be, if you can wait, the price usually goes down 3 or 4 hundred at least once a year for a limited time. Other than that, ROCK ON!!

L1 Model I Single Bass Customer Review

Sound
I've seen it used in a small night club vocalist situation and I personally used a rented system to perform for a outdoor wedding and then indoors with a larger version. I was really impressed at how good the sound quality was for my backing tracks and my lead vocals. Sounds is the top factor. Now add in how light, portable and a 10 minute setup and you just can beat it. Compared to shlepping my full size traditional PA system around, for small to medium size gigs, you can't beat this product.
Ease of Use
Relatively light, very fast setup and easy to carry.
Quality
Great sound in a small portable package.
Value
It ain't cheap but you get what you pay for. It's worth it.
