I will be using this mixer for a long time with no immediate plans to upgrade. It's more than enough for my recording needs. Compared to other mixers this model had the most features for me.
Sound
This is a great sounding mixer. EQ is smooth and natural. Preamps are wonderful. Clean, quiet and lots of headroom. Naturally if they're maxed out they are noisy but there's more than enough gain so no worries.
Features
I'm using this mixer without the USB. It is a perfect mate to my current DAW. I bought the XENYX 802 a few weeks ago and was so impressed with it I decided to buy this one for more inputs. It's loaded with features! 24 bit FX processor is beautiful, 3 aux sends per channel, balanced and unbalanced inputs/outputs... what more could one ask for?! I have plenty of plug ins so I wasn't to concerned with the FX anyway. After hearing them I was truly amazed. Compressors are very good too. Not the greatest but definitely usable.
Ease of Use
Not the easiest desk to get around but that's only because of so many routing options. The manual and Behringer web site was a big help.
Quality
Can't beat this mixer for it's price, sound and feature package. It is made very well and is extremely durable. I don't plan on taking it on the road. It is for studio use only but seeing the build quality I'd say it is definitely road worthy.
Value
Exceptional value IMO.
Manufacturer Support
I haven't needed them but the Behringer web site and instructions for their products is top class in my book.
The Wow Factor
Well it's a mixer but it looks nice and the color schemes are attractive.

a little confusing to set all the switches just right but a little reading in the manual will clear that up.
