Once I figured out it wasn't a Plug and Play Windows device and downloaded and installed the driver from Behringer's website, it worked perfectly. There was no install CD or manual in the box (open box discount)....I don't know if a brand new, unsealed box would have them. This is very simple to operate. The direct monitor feature was a major factor in the purchase.

Works fine after you figure it out. No written manual that I could find, however it is fairly simple to figure. Just plug & play. Quality is good and very simple. Still waiting on the Tracktion software that is offered when registering product but it has been less than a week since register. Hard to beat for the price
