"A good board if you don't NEED the FX procesor to be quiet."
Verified Customer

I'll probably use it in some way until it dies, but when I make enought money, I'll be moving up. Will work fine feeding a larger console for more ins!
Sound
It's really quite if you use it dry. The only problem is that the noise floor on the FX bus is LOUD. For Live PA, it is not noticable, but for recording it is out of the question. Even the limitter is too noisy to use for recording.
Features
Built in Live worthy FX, the normal mixer stuff, etc.
Quality
Travelled a lot and still works fine. Has spent a month on and still works. It's durable.
Value
For $250, what more could you ask for. I didn't get it for the FX anyways.
Manufacturer Support
My dealings with them have been good (simply Q&A, no product problems).
The Wow Factor
I got it. I would rather have the MX9000, but this one is great for any small live or studio setup.

Quality

Value
best product for the money

"It works fine..."
I am plugging guitar, bass guitar and a mic
they all work fine. for guitar i use a effects processor as an insert.
i record them in the computer. also i monitor the computer's sound.
no problem...
Sound
Before buying a mixer, i read a lots of stuff on the web...
For this one, it was said that it has a very low noise circuit.
I dont think so. Especially, if u turn on the effects channel (where u use the fx built-in) an obvious "hissssss" comes out off the speakers... Micpreams are also noisy i think. I turn all the preamps and mute the channels to get rid of that noise...
Features
It has micpreams on the mono channels which makes it useful to get a higher sound level. if u forget about the noise... (no problem in live PA)
There r many additional ins and outs on it so it makes it flexible for routing...
it has 2 subouts so u can route desired channels there and record them even if u have different tracks playing...
Quality
The quality is ok.
the sliders r not pleasent to operate but the knobs r ok...
connection jacks r fine too...
the only think i didnt like r the sliders...
Value
i think this mixer gotta be 300$ or more.
200 is very very affordable...
Manufacturer Support
i didnt need it.
i hope i wont.
The Wow Factor
i want to try alesis or sound spirit consoles which r better in terms of sound, i believe...

"An excellent mixer value!"
Verified Purchaser

Highly reccommended!
Sound
Excellent bang for the buck! Very transparent sound. Easy to "dial-in".
Features
For the average 3 to 6 piece band this is an excellent value. The combination of mono and stereo inputs, effects and monitor sends, and built in effects cover all the bases for the average band's needs.
Quality
I've only had it for a few months but it appears to be very well built with no problems thus far.
Value
The ideal, easy to transport, compact, feature packed mixer. If you're on a tight budget, this mixer keeps you from sounding like it.
Manufacturer Support
Hevn't needed it so far.

"Optimum mixer purchase fr a small to moderate sized home studio/live application"
In this price range, with these features, the absolute best in it's class. Of course there are "better" mixers, but you will pay MUCH more for them.
Sound
I have been using this mixer in a home studio environment for about 3 months. The sound quality and noise level is unparalleled in anything in this price rance. The sound FX are useful for live application in my opinion, however not for recording as they do introduce significant noise. If you watch your FX input levels on the mixer itself, you can overcome mosdt of this problem.
Features
In my estimation, NOTHING compares at this price point regarding features. This unit is packed with features that I need not reiterate for you here. This unit is very well suited for a small to moderate-sized home studio or a small to small/moderate live application.
Quality
I have only had the mixer for three months, but to this point I have had no trouble at all with it. It feels and looks fairly sturdy. It will sit in my home studio, so I don't expect too much in the way of heavy wear. I would be a bt afraid to take this on long road trips unless it was cased well.
Value
Unbeatable value for your money with this one. I had done my shopping before my purchase and did not find anything comparable to this mixer.
The Wow Factor
Nothing too sexy or exotic about this mixer, which I think is a positive trait. The features are tuned to give you just what you need for a small to moderately sized home studio or live application.

"E-Generation Studios Pickes the UB2222fx-pro as mixing backbone for webcasting."
Verified Purchaser
zZounds has verified that this reviewer purchased this specific product from us.
This will be a standard piece of equipments in all new francises of e-generation studios.
Sound
This mixer gives hands down the best value of any mixer under 1500 bukcs. My company e-generationstudios.com used it coupled with a MOTU 828, and DP studio 3 to produce recordings that rival anything and the east or west coast, or nashville.
Features
If this thing had a firewire, the digital market would go nuts! At 200 dollars, it has aveything exept direct outs, and suround sound. But the 16 inputs and the controls/chanel and effects bank more than make up for it.
Quality
The sound is distortion free, the IMPs and filters do an uotstanding job, even with that 60khz hum.
Value
I am stunned at the bang/buck...stunned
Manufacturer Support
The Best support, is having a system that I have never needed support with.
The Wow Factor
what can I say.. Its a mixer... mae leds o cool lights may be a concideration
