"A Great product for a great deal-required hardware for a small studio!"

Sound
This does the job, it lacks the pristine tone that comes with larger, more expensive boards, does quite well in my studio though-live and recording!
Features
A mixer for this price with sweepable mids, direct outs, inserts, a four bus matrix, its phenomenal. This mixer's features are the reason we bought it.
Quality
see sound, that is kind of it. IT just isn't the same as Allen&Heath, or Soundcraft (i wonder why). Its great for what it is.
Value
Nothing can give you all the I/O this one unit does for the price it is, you almost have to pay double what i did ($260) to get this!
Manufacturer Support
I dunno, haven't needed it yet
The Wow Factor
This is very basic, it isn't color coded like the higher end models, it does the job, and it does it effectively, and efficiently
Musical Style:
rock, etc.
