Thought the Behringer MPA200BT was the perfect solution for portable PA for weddings where there is no power. Has a wireless mic, plenty loud and everything... right?? WRONG. This speaker is ENTIRELY defective. I ordered 1, connected the mic and bluetooth with my iPad and immediately the speaker started to pop! Just loud repeated POPPING whenever the basslines from the music hit... almost as if the woofer was blown, but it’s not. When I speak into the mic, the bass from my voice also caused it to pop loudly! I tried all inputs with different sources and the same thing happened. So I figured, ok this is a defective product, let me exchange it. I got the new one in a few days later and the EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED!! This will also be returned.I’m a professional sound engineer, so I know how to handle products of all types.So... all these speakers are defective, do not purchase them, I already sent Behringer an email. I have contacted all the music stores I know to let them know.I have now washed my hands of all Behringer products... extremely poor quality control, just an absolute waste!
