"Bc rich Ice Warlock, The world's sexiest guitar???"

Overall: 4.5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
I never sell it unless offered a ridiculous amount of money. All i need to do is add some high quality p-ups, even though the stock ones are amazing (gonna put thm on my sg).
Sound
Overall an extremely kickass sound, perfect for any metalhead or shredder. On a clean setting, this guitar is a dream. I think its beacause of the acrylic but the sound seems to ring out more than a mahogany or maple body. It gives a more mystical, deep sound. To me this guitar was a massive leap for getting that perfect overdrive tone. The pickups deliver a rich and distinguished sound. It is a must if like me you own an sg or strat as this guitar is in a totally different league. However, i only gave it a 9 because the pick-ups still have room for improvement. With a pair of dimarzios or maybe a bare-knuckle humbucker this would absolutley be a perfect guitar.
Features
As i said before all it needs is a decent pair of p-ups, maybe a whammy bar too but thats not important. The body of the guitar rocks. The see through acrylic is amazing and is fantastic at gigs, because it reflects all of the different colour lights. Also looks fanstatic at home, always gets a 2nd look.
Ease of Use
As the body is pure acrylic, it weighs a ton. I thought my mahogany body sg was heavy but this takes the mick. However, it is worth it. Great sounds all round and almost anyone can play it
Quality
Beautiful finish, body seems almost bulletproof, but as always with bc richs the headstock is susceptable to damage very easily.
Value
Extremely well priced, very rare to find.
Manufacturer Support
never needed it, great quality products that never breakdown.
The Wow Factor
One of the world's sexiest guitars.

Yeah, it's heavy. I also have a Dillion Les Paul in acrylic. They both have a huge sound with lots of sustain. The Warlock's angles make for lots of reflective colors, for sure. It plays great, feels fast and gets all the wow looks. I would replace the pickups, but I'm gonna keep it all original. Got mine for $300 in perfect condition and I'm seeing them sell for at least $750 and more !! If you want one then you'd better buy it before someone else gets it, they only go higher in value !!

"The Killer Acrylic Warlock"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
I am always searching for other products. I love guitars. If I wear it out I will replace whatever is worn. If that isn't practical, I'll buy another one (if they are still available). In fact there is a strong possibility that I will buy the Ice model anyway, even though it has different pick-ups. Ther is nothing I don't like about it.
Sound
I actually have the red one with the EMG type pick-ups. Although the guitar is considerably heavier than it's wood brothers, it is a joy to play. It has an incomparably fat sound. It also has one of the cleanest sounds when not using effects. On the other hand, through my Marshall Amp with my Boss ME30 pedal it delivers one of the heaviest sounds that I am capable of with any of my guitars. I love it!
Features
Acrylic is, to me ,an odd material for a guitar. However I feel that it is greatly responsible for the unique tone and power of this particular Warlock. The only thing I can think of that could make it any better, would be an ebony fret board.
Quality
It is very well made and solid . I never worry about breaking it. Sometimes I worry about injuring other people with it's weapon-like shape... actually I don't worry that much. The finish is perfect. It is very "road worthy". I feel like this guitar will last me a lifetime and will be owned by my son eventually (as will all my guitars) and it will serve him faithfully as it has me.
Value
Absolutely.
Manufacturer Support
Don't have an answer for this one. I've never had a problem with any B.C. Rich product. But I'm sure they are nice.
The Wow Factor
It's like a big red, wicked lolly-pop. Women want to lick it. How's that for sex appeal? I truly love this guitar for all the reasons listed above. If I couldn't make music with it, I would just hang it on the wall and keep it dust-free and gaze fondly at it. But I do make loud, wonderful music with it, and that's the best part.
