I only play set neck or neck thru guitars. I would put this one up there with some I paid ten times the amount for over the Years. Right out of the box was not sure. The action was very high as delivered. I switched out the strings which came o it with Elixir Nano Web 9's and made some minor adjustments. Once that was done all I can say is Wow. Will def be getting the FR and Fusion Models as well soon. Through no fault of Zzounds the Fed Ex contractor responsible for delivery did make some major screw ups but other than that a flawless transaction. My mother purchased this as a gift for me and I had picked on her about the fact You get what You pay for. In this case You get a whole lot more !

I got this guitar because I have always wanted a warlock, something about them just looks cool to me. This model came out and had the widow headstock (a must) and I noticed that it had a contoured heel also, so I figured for the price I would snag one and I am extremely glad that I did! This guitar is very well made, the finish on it is excellent and the playability is right up there with the best guitars I have laid hands on. I was pleasantly surprised by just how nice this guitar is. The guitar is very very light, much lighter than one would think. The neck feels smooth and fast, the profile is round but not thick, somewhere between Gibson 60's and Ibanez. The shape of the body actually makes this one of the most comfortable guitars I have played, the upper and lower cutaways keep the fretboard accessible at all frets, and the bottom cutaways actually make a good spot to prop of your leg for solos. The only gripe I have is that the pickups are a little weak, they sound pretty good with excellent definition but their output is quite low, especially considering that they are BC Rich branded pickups, one would think that they would be super hot, but they are not. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and would buy again for sure. Oh and one more thing to note, this guitar is made in Korea which is very hard to find at this price point.
