I wasn't expecting too much from this system but my initial results have been pretty good. I tested the lavalier on myself at various distances up to 50 ft from the receiver,speaking in a soft voice eventually in a room which was on a lower level from the receiver.Playback sounded really good and perfectly usable for my professional video work.
