The shipping was very fast. I had the system in no time. I teach a dance aerobic class and it has worked well for me. It was easy to figure out the setup. I did need to buy an additional cord to connect it to the system at the center, but that was an easy $10 pickup at RadioShack. I do feel like the batteries don't last long, so I wish there was something I could do about that..but again, that's not a big deal. Overall, the product and service were great.
