Sound
We just bought this model, and right out of the box it worked great! It gives great sound, and picks up better than any other mic we have. We use it in a small church.
Features
It works. Enough said.
Ease of Use
I didn't have to do a thing but plug it in and put batteries in it.

Far superior to our previous model

It is slightly priced more. After ordering, I found another brand with better price point for the features.
