The mic is crystal clear and has good range up to 300 feet, maybe more. Digital wireless technology is amazing. Never any static, interference or feedback. However, it has design flaws. No on or off toggle switch or button on the handle. Instead the power/mute button is on the bottom. You have to hold the button for about 3 seconds to power it on. Also, the battery life is not great. 2 AAs will last about 6 hours. At the end of the day, I know wedding speeches and ceremonies will be heard loud and clear.
