Sound is up to application and spacing. We built a 600 square foot sound floor for our live room. You have to think about building your floor the same way you would an acoustic guitar. The purpose of these items is to create a gap between the substrate and the floor. Worth it if you have a studio on concrete that aggregates subs or if you are looking to build additional treatment between traditional floors in a residential building. I am giving it a 5 because you need to know how to use them or they are useless.

No real features, they are a 2x2 rubber U joint.

Giving this a 5 because most people are not Journyman carpenters like I am. If you know how do build out things yes they are easy, if you have a problem hanging a picture you will have a lot of issues.

Goood Qaulity. When we move out of the studio we are in we are tearing up the floor to use them again.

A bit pricy, but that auralux for you. Really these things should be about half the price. Mostly because in application you have to use a lot. We only went with this because the acoustiblock foam flooring had to be custome ordered. I am also sure you can do the same thing with rubber stoppers from a science store that sell for 50 per and not 2.00 per.

If you need support for a rubber flooring joint, again this is not the product for you.
