If this product were lost or stolen, I would go back to the store today and buy a new one without a second thought. It's simply that good of a product. The word is not yet out on this product since it is fairly new, but everybody will be using these once they discover the amazing sound that it gives you.
Sound
This box is amazing! I thought I had great acoustic tone until I tried this pedal. I was absolutely astounded how good it sounds, both live and recorded. It brings out all sorts of harmonics you never knew were there in the first place. Incredible. Really the only way you'll be convinced is to try one yourself. But trust me, you will not be disappointed.
Features
This is a pretty simple pedal. You pretty much plug it in and turn it on. It does have an active/passive switch and a ground lift button to sort out noise problems. The DI is the best-sounding acoustic DI I've ever heard. Can be used with either a 9-V battery or a number of different power adapters.
Quality
The thing is built like a tank. It is obvious that Aphex spent plenty of time thinking about durability of the unit. It's not really anything special to look at, but who cares about that anyway.
Value
This is the best music-related purchase I've made in the past few years. The price is nothing compared to what you get in return. This has without question done more for my tone than any other piece of gear I've ever bought.
The Wow Factor
Once you have heard it, there is no going back. You'll want it, too.
