Ran this thing in a school gymnasium and shook the lights on the rafters with it! The sound is clean, and the bass is resonant, particularly in the extended mode. One of the best features are the bypass modes, specifically, the high pass so your monitors are getting a clean signal without trying to hit low end frequencies that they just can't. For smaller venues, the TS enhance modes are amazing because they'll take your Alto TS(10/12) and make them sound better. The price for quality on this unit is unbeatable. Make sure to look at the specs as this thing is enormous and heavy (not a downside, just an FYI). I'm pretty sure the box my dishwasher came in was about the same size.

I love this subwoofer. I’ve had 12 inch subs, 18 inch and even 21 inch but there’s just something magical about a 15 inch. A sonic sweet spot for bass. It’s punchy, responsive and delivers pure beauty at those gorgeous low hertz. This Alto is also hits the sweet spot on your wallet as well. I’ve had just about every brand out there, high end and low end qualities. Alto has done something very rare with its TS3 series. For the price, it sounds and feels like a much more expensive product. I’ve been running an Alto TS3 series system for a little over 2 years now and have yet to have a failure yet. They just keep on thumping. Overall, very satisfied with this purchase and all the other Alto TS3 speakers I currently own. Looking forward to trying out the TS4 series soon.Cheers!
