"Not bad buy for the money"
Sound
Bought this guitar to take to the beach and mess around without worring about my Gibson. It has a great full body sound for the money its really good. I have a Gibson Hummingbird and I must say to tone and sound quality is great. It plays well but took a little to get use to but plays well. Great buy if your looking for a good sounding instrument.

"Alvarez is worth a second look before you leap!"
Many years to come. I shop for things very thoroughly so I don't have to buy again.
Sound
For what is classified as a "student" guitar the sound is beautifully rich and the tone is fantastic.
Features
The guitar only included an optional pick guard (which I strongly suggest you use).
Ease of Use
Playing from the nut to the 10th fret is the easiest. Once you get any higher up the neck it becomes more difficult to play and doesn't sound as good as it should. The action and intonation were all done by a professional.
Quality
Great quality through and through.
Value
Mine is a lefty. They charge more for lefties so the overall value isn't that great. I find it somewhat discriminating.
Manufacturer Support
Haven't needed any.
The Wow Factor
Great looking guitar!
