This would be a good second guitar for the campfires and such. I still play it even though I have a much better playing and sounding guitar now.
Sound
Solid spruce top gives the guitar good sustain. The guitar is Taylor like on the high end, and has a decent bottom end. The mids are very pronounced. This guitar has good intonation as well.
Features
This guitar doesn't come with any accessories other than the usual replacement bridge, tension bar driver, and an extra endpin peg. This guitar's workmanship is excellent in my opinion for this grade of guitar. It is a laminate rosewood back and sides, but it is well crafted with a very nice finish. The neck is neither thick or thin, and plays really well for the left hand.
Ease of Use
Again, the guitar plays well.
Quality
My particular guitar has no apparent glue marks. The only issues I could see was that there is a small lacquer dot on the soundboard (the spruce) and the frets could use some filing. This instrument had a slight buzz that adjusting the truss rod didn't seem to take care of. I don't mess with the truss rod much, so perhaps I should have turned it more. Instead, I put medium gauge strings on it which remedied the buzz. This guitar is somewhat heavy, but not too bad.
Value
I think this guitar is a good value, although I believe the laminate Blueridges or Recording Kings are probably a better choice.
Manufacturer Support
I don't know about support, haven't had to use it.
The Wow Factor
I bought this guitar to hold me over until I could purchase a higher end guitar. It served it's purpose. The aesthetic appeal this guitar has is it's headstock and fretboard (I'm not a big fan of inlays and dots).

"Great value for money"

This guitar has a great sound for what it's worth. The big sound improvement came when I installed Elixir Nanoweb strings. They deliver really good bottom end on the bass strings and fantastic clarity on the high strings. The tuners are good quality.
