I'll get to the point to start with and this B and G string bender is definitely worth it, works great, and keeps in tune well. I wouldn't say it's a very quick setup though. That's where I would have to say this manufacturer lacks. So, in order to adjust the saddles for intonation you need to disassemble the B and G bender arms with an Allen screw that sits in between them the base... They don't include that specific Allen key. Why? I have no idea. They include all other Allen keys needed and new screws, but whatever not the end of the world. Another thing that kind of annoyed me was there were no instructions for installation, setup, or anything. You get the bender system, tools, and hardware. That's it. Not even a piece of paper with a QR code on it. I ended up finding their YouTube channel and they go over each step in short 1 minute videos. Overall - is it worth it? 100%. It is true that you don't need modify anything and you can definitely revert your tele back to a hard tail if you want. Just don't expect much support from the manufacturer, which is a shame. I mean, at least include a piece of paper that says "Hey go to our YouTube channel for setup and installation" or something. Overall it took me maybe 5 to 10 minutes to install, then another 30ish minutes getting my intonation right and setting up the bender arms so they go to the correct note when pressed down.

The installation and adjustment instructions are missing from the box. I contacted David Certano (the designer of the unit whose name appears on the box and on the unit itself), explained the issue and asked for a copy of the instruction/installation document. He replied "Contact AllParts." So much for his website message that welcomes communication on the products that he designs. I know that there are installation/adjustment videos online. I want the actual document to keep in my luthier tookbox and I am awaiting a reply from AllParts. I have plans for installing benders on my lapsteel guitar projects and I will not be giving Certano my business again. I will purchase my benders from Peters Instruments instead. The mechanisms operate the same way and are less expensive. As for this particular unit, it is made well and it does what it is advertised to do. Think of it as a Bigsby for two strings of your guitar.

First off.. excellent service and shipping! And as for the B/G Bender, I love it already and just installed it a half hour ago! Being used to the Hip shot B Bender, it will take some getting used to the palm levers, but this is a much more convenient system as well as being solid as a rock and quite aesthetically pleasing. No instructions included, as is established, but to install the unit and set the depth of the benders, I didn't even need to see the website. Very intuitive and self-explanatory. Highly recommended!
