"Good product"
well done. I hope I don't have the quality problems others have had.
Sound
I use a Mackey 1202VLZ, and I found the sound quality almost comparable. The effects are very nice.

Great effects that are easy to use.

"Think twice about this one!"
I had one of these - just swapped it for a behringer eurorack UB1832FX-PRO. The overall quality and sound was good - BUT! there was really bad crosstalk beetween the channels, rendering the product pretty useless - regardless of how it sounds. I took it back to where I bought it and tried another at the shop to see if it was a fault with this particular one - the other had the crosstalk too!
Conclusion - if you're gonna buy this try it first! It could of been a bad batch they had at the shop I got mine from (even so the fact that they got past Alesis's quality control does not inspire much confidence) or it could be an inherent fault with the model.
